TRAINING  CHECKLIST SYSTEM WORKS

 

STEP ONE:
CHECK OFF A SKILL / METHOD

1. Pick any drill from any category

2. Watch the video, and perform the action for up to 20 minutes

3. When you're done, check off that you've

    completed one session of that drill

4. The app will then allow you to:

    • Mark the drill as a personal favorite

    • Take your own training notes

    • Assign the drill to "Needs More Work" folder

    • Set reminders to come back to the drill

    • Mark the drill as "Fully Completed"

Step Two:
Repeat ON EVERY SKILL / METHOD

We recommend that each drill in Micah's Training Checklist be performed and then revisited as many times as possible, but you control deciding when you've mastered each skill / method.

 

After performing a drill, you are able to mark it as completed or assign it to your "Needs Work" folder for later repetition.

 

Micah's Training Checklist App keeps you fully organized, so you always know exactly how much you've accomplished, which drills you've fully completed, and which drills you'll need to come back to for more training.
